2. Work experience projects - directly with sponsors- every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10AM-4PM from July 9th –August 9th. Attendance is mandatory from beginning to end as an employee. This is the major and most important element in the program.
3. Frequent 1-2 hour multidisciplinary shared training for all participants each week during the working hours on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Topics covered include but not limited to: advanced presentations skills, advanced communication skills, project management, business ethics, web design, web programming, network security.
4. Daily mentorship, guidance and advisement by industry & university sponsors, program director, program expert advisors, dedicated senior college students, parents advisory board and peer-to-peer collaboration. Help is available to all students F-T-F, via phone, conference calls, live chat, email and web.
5. Field trips and other learning and fun activities on some Wednesdays during the period from July 9th –August 9th or later (including live robotic surgery, CBS, science museum and live a day at J&J).
7. Closing graduation ceremony (August 9th, 1-4PM): This is the closing party for all students, friends, sponsors, parents, advisors and supporters. Students will receive their graduation certificates co- signed by their employers. This is also a social event with refreshments, ice breakers, raffles and prizes.
